In 1954 a stock car race was held on the Munich Amor-Bahn (actually a cycle track). The picture shows the participants during the race, their numbers were sprayed on the cars. The vehicles were older models (for example Hanomag Rekord) in poor condition, as they were mostly severly damaged in the course of these races or even ended up on the scrapyard following the race.
