The Alpine World Ski Championships took place in Val Gardena between 7.2.1970 and 15.2.1970, and it had been the only World Cup so far, the results of which were included in the Alpine Ski World Cup. Photo of the logo of the World Cup as a large sculpture on a pedestal. The sculpture stands on Sankt Antonius Platz, near the eponymous church in the center of St. Ulrich.
