Germany, Berlin, September 22, 2014. Berlin's city district of Friedrichshain is home to the memorial of the East Side Gallery that shows the longest remaining piece of the Berlin Wall. The open-air gallery runs along Muehlenstrasse, parallel to the River Spree. After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 this part of the wall which stretches over 1 km in length was painted by more than 100 international artists.
