The 10th Division of the 8th Army of the Wehrmacht marches on the Heldenplatz in front of the VIP tribune. The parade takes place in the course of the rally for the annexation of Austria to the German Reich. Besides Adolf Hitler, the Reich Governor Arthur Seyss-Inquart and Generals Alfred Krauss and Fedor von Bock also attended the festivities.
