At the Annual Conference on German Law, Wilhelm Frick, Reich Minister of the Interior, speaks about the problems of the new administrative law in the assembly hall of the Munich University. Among the guests of honour from left to right: State Secretary Wilhelm Stuckart, the Italian Minister of Justice Arrigo Solmi and Reich Minister Hans Frank. Frick in seiner Rede: 'Künftig habe man die Gewähr dafür, dass jeder Verwaltungsakt de nationalsozialistischen Fühlen und Denken und damit dem Willen dessen entspreche, der allein in Deutschland Ziel und Richtung gebe.'
