At the Berlin exhibition in the area of the Reich Labor Service, the last painting works are taking place. In the middle of the room there are several flags, including those of the Reich Labor Service. On the wall hangs a poster with men marching in lockstep with shovels under the slogan "Our spades are weapons in peace". Next to the poster is the poem "Willst du, dass wir mit hinein in das Haus dich bauen, lass es Dir gefallen, Stein, dass wir dich behauen!" (English: " Do you want us to build you into the house, put up with it, stone, that we carve you!")
