A member of the Reich's Union of Large Families (Reichsbund der Kinderreichen) look at a just received book of honour in Kaffee Leon at Lehniner Platz in Charlottenburg, which was handed over to them by the leader of District 2 of the NSDAP, Meyer. The woman carries the Cross of Honour of the German Mother (Mutterkreuz).
