The postage stamp issued by the German Reichspost on the occasion of the Reich Party Congress of Peace shows a portrait of Adolf Hitler. The stamp is sold for 6 Pfennig plus a surcharge of 19 Rpf. for Adolf Hitler's cultural fund. Die Makren sollten ab dem 25. August 1939 bei allen Postämtern zu erhalten sein.
