Before the "Day of the Wehrmacht" at the Nazi Party Congress in Nuremberg a column of new tanks (Panzerkampfwagen I) rolls through the city centre, here at the Bahnhofsplatz (in the background is the station building decorated with swastika flags). A sign on the right points to the "Koenigstor stop, boarding point to Zeppelinwiese at Marientor" in a two minutes walk. The tanks still bear the "colourful paint" as camouflage, which was common until the mid-30s, recognizable by the fleck patterns. Die Entwicklung von Panzern war im Versailler Vertrag verboten worden.
