During the driving lessons at the "Potsdamer Platz" in the Nordoer Heide a traffic offender of the Motor HJ is rebuked by a NSKK member. The driver of the motorbike has to pay a penny fine. Probably a staged picture. The motorcycle is of the type DKW RT 98 cc.
