The working class districts of Berlin, as here at Wedding, were the strongholds of the KPD. During a Reichstag election of 1932, Communist flags and banners dominate the facades of the houses. Here is the slogan "Every 4th German is convicted, distress brought them to the dungeon, amnesty also for them" combined with the call to vote for the Communist List 4.
