At the meeting of the Prussian Landtag of November 24th, the People's Welfare Minister of the Prussian Sovereign Government, Heinrich Hirtsiefer (Center Party), protests against the decrees of the Reich President on the establishment of a Reichskommissar ( Imperial Commissioner). On the government benches (left) far right, sits the Minister of Agriculture Heinrich Steiger.
