Emperor Wilhelm II (left) and Haakon VII, King of Norway (center), greet the gardeners who designed the grounds at the Frithjof Memorial. Wilhelm had traveled to Vangsnes Norway on July 31, 1913, for the inauguration of the monument donated by him.
