A pilot in the cockpit of a Few 200 "Condor" by Focke-Wulf. This plane was at that time the new civilian transport aircraft from Lufthansa. In the spring of 1940 the Luftwaffe began to use the converted Focke-Wulf FW 200 Condor long-haul aircrafts for reconnaissance and attacks on the high sea.
