Reich Chancellor Heinrich Bruening gives a speech before the League of Nations in Geneva. The occasion was an international disarmament conference of the League. Bruening calls for the lifting of the disarmament provisions of the Versailles Treaty. On the 10. December 1932 the German Reich, the United States, Great Britain, France and Italy sign a statement that grants the German Reich equal status in Defence Policy.
